![]() ![]() ![]() Now this is more of a traditional haiku! *smiles and nods approvingly* Took me two reads to understand it (at least I think I understand it...) (which is a hallmark of a good haiku, lol!) but the last line tips me off to a relationship, yes? let's see...i counted 8 in the second line but oh well, such is life. why i counted...the second line seems off to me somehow. like it's just not quite there yet. but perhaps it is exactly what you intended for it to be? |
![]() ![]() ![]() nice. i read a relationship in it. cheers-rabbit |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oo chilling. I love the way the sumary worked into this. Very very... different and creative. Bravo. I really love this piece (and I'm not just saying that. I totally agree. I hate when people say all that mushy stuff when they don't mean it.) . The Haiku format complimented what you were trying to get across which (I hope I intererpted this right) is that while "truth" seems short and simple, there's SO much more depth to it than anyone can begin to imagine. Well except for you since you're the poet and you get to be all knowing. Or at least all knowing for a little while. Great piece. Bravo. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow! This is beautiful! In other words you rock my socks off! All SMILES ;) ~XoXo~ |
![]() ![]() ![]() Very pretty. The last line especially kind of reminded me of love, like a relationship of sorts. |
![]() ![]() ![]() perfect |
![]() ![]() ![]() this is really a good way to show how we tend to put two things together, it's cool. |
![]() ![]() ![]() reminds me of ghosts actuallybut maybe couples yes couples. |
![]() ![]() ![]() As a writer, you are very prolific. You've posted a lot of material recently and I enjoy your work. You have clearly put a lot of contemplation into your poetry. Keep it flowing and I look forward to more. Peace. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Lovely and abstract. Good haiku. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Interesting and thought provoking. But as a philosopher might I throw a curveball your way? Truth is something I study with all my heart, it is my passion and obsession. And the nature of truth is complex in its simplicity. Just as the human mind can perceive everything (arguably given time and if our ability reason is sound, a different conversation naturally) so can it limit its own perceptions. We can keep truth a captive in the cage of our minds, training it and making it do tricks for us. Or we can let it run wild and free and appreciate it for what it is. Does truth truly collide, or do our perceptions of truth collide? There is indeed a difference between discovering a truth and then wrapping it in our own opinions, and discovering a truth and leaving it untainted and clear. Truth can be both interpreted logically and skewed psychologically. Think on that and please keep on writing. _ |
