| Thomas Paxton chapter 1 . 4/23/2006
Its very well written with vivid imagery and an excellent selection of words. It's written poetically first and realistically second, it seems to me and it works out very well. Details and events all flow into a poetic style of writing that makes it interesting to read.
Overall very well written with a poetic style that makes it flow. Good stuff.

Wow...that was some powerful use of language! Harsh, gritty, and realistic. I've never been to war, but I know what it feels like to stare down death, and you captured that absolute soul-numbing sensation quite well. I like the personification of things like Heart and Logic as well, for in an emergency situation, those two often go into battle, and either way the individual loses interesting...definitely keep writing, you have quite a bit of eloquent skill.
