This is one of the best stories I've ever read on fictionpress - period. It's magnificent, funny, and very well-written. I have to say, I just loved the way you wrote about their friendship. It was so interesting, so unique. It's like you pulled off this whole best friend cliche without being cliche and all. And really, it's genius. From the bet right up to the last "I love you" (and the first, too), I was thinking - this could totally be a bestseller. And before I bore you completely, just allow me to thank you for writing this. Seriously. Can't find any flaws or loopholes in this story. A great read, perfectly thought out. I really should get going before I start sounding like one of those wierdo reviewers like Times or whatever. I'm going to miss reading this. I'll miss Donovan (he reminds me of myself, minus the smoking and drugs part) and Pipper (who surprisingly reminds me of that insane part of me) and Vix and everyone. Oh, and Jamie! Nice, little Jamie. Right. You get the point.

Aw, that was wonderful! A bit slow, but very enjoyable. Donovan's journey's a good one; I'm glad you told it.

I loved this story. It's way more realistic than all the other stories floating around these days. It's beautiful and touching, and she didn't have some massive make-over to make her look beautiful, she just grew up - and he realised he was attracted to her.

Awesome story! It's really well written and very different from the other romances I've read on here. Both of them actually tell the reader their thoughts aloud, it's not all just conversation and actions.

And it's extremely cute, and that's always a plus point!

Your story...was flat out...AMAZING. Better than some books I've read, actually...it was so good, excuse me, it was so fwakking awesome, that by the 7th or 8th chapter (or maybe even before that, I just know it was somewhere between starting to read it and a good ways away before i ended it)I was wondering in my head why the heck it wasn't published and out in public bookstores everywhere! I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT...and I'm gonna stop this review now 'cause if I don't I'll be ranting on and on 'til I get to a subject where it hardly seems related..Plus I might go all "caps-locky" in my ecstatic, happy-camper mode, and it might annoy you, 'cause it annoys me...but it was such a beautiful story I couldn't help myself...:D

Happy belated birthday to one of my favorite author's in this site!

I actually didn't come here to wish you a happy birthday, but it just so happens that I had the sudden urge to re-read this story and I noticed that your birthday was on August 5th. I just finished re-reading it and wanted to praise you once more for your beautiful story. In all my time here and for all the stories I have read, your story is one of the very few that doesn't leave me...giggly.

Your is so much more than that. The characters are developed over a period of two years which makes the relationship so much more believable for me since I, like Donovan and Piper, also do not believe that a person can truly fall in love in two weeks. Every time I read your story (this is the fourth or fifth time I've re-read it, I think) I always finish with this sense of completion. Everything just falls into place, piece by piece, and it simply feels right.

I'm sure you have received plenty of reviews so this one shouldn't be a huge deal. I myself have already left a review for this story a while back, but after reading it again I just couldn't help myself, haha. Not much else to say other than I am still hoping you will one day continue writing Andrew's story because I feel like he deserves happiness too. Until later, then.

i jumped straight to the last two chapters because i dont have the time right now to read this whole - but im making a mental note myself to do that. the ending was too good and make me curious enough to read this again from the start.

What I've always loved about this story (I just spent the entire day rereading it, lol) is how you develop every character and situation and emotion without overdoing it... and all within 20 chapters. One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to fp stories are authors who have great storylines and characters, but just drag it on forever for no particular reason, just because they can.

Thanks for a great story. I love all of your other works too... they're some of my favorite one shots ever. ]

This makes me sad. "This" being that I've devoured everything you've written for this site in a matter of hours and now there isn't anything left.

That being said, your writing is absolutely amazing- there's no other way to put it.

And also, you make me jealous. Dear God, you're my age and you're up there on my list of favorite authors. But I guess I can learn to live with that.
