Very nicely done with Vicki's emotions and reactions. i really liked the phone call from Johnny but character-wise it doesn't really make sense that he call and not David... All i could wonder was 'If David is right there, why did Johnny call?'

So far the characters are developing nicely; i enjoy Johnny's sense of humour. The only thing that struck me as odd was David's reaction to Johnny saying he cleaned out the garage last week. That wasn't really evidence to reading minds; interaction thus far inferred that David had known, if not necessarily been friends, with the previous owners, so the logical conclusion is that he would know about the messy garage. When Johnny comes in and sees David looking around it would just be a natural reaction to mention that he had cleaned out the garage. lol i hope that explanation all makes sense.

i -do- like the interaction about the car; that would be the first "real", if you will, insinuation about reading minds.
