Was this book ever published? I would like to buy a copy.

I find this story interesting as we still are not sure what Valin is- is he a demon? Some type of hybrid? Also what is the importance of all these deals? I think what stood out to me the most is when Alex takes control back. The scene where she verbally tears into him and regains some of the power she lost is amazing! Also when she speaks to his unconscious body that she feels guilty but needs to take some control back because that is how the game is played. Even though I hate it when men hits women, I understand the importance because he will be unable to physicially harm her and that she was saved because of it when he loses himself. However, it reinforces what she mentioned previously about him "conditioning" her for pain when he has caused her pain in the past. I hope you update this soon!

Hey there, I was wondering if you have any updates for how your rewrite and publishing is going?

To be honest i'm really sad to find out that you're not continuing this story on fiction press anymore. I know you think your writing for this story sucks but I thought it was well written, of course their is a lot of room for improvement, but overall you are a genuinely good writer. I'm glad I chanced across this story, I read it all in one go, so took me about five to six hours. Good luck with getting the new version of this story published and any other stories you decide to write in the future. I would definitely buy your books. :)

Finally get to comment! lol. Anyway, I have to say I'm seriously in love, no more like obsessed with this story, I would help and put some criticism, but honestly. I can't think of any! This story is just so perfect!

The characters have such personality it's amazing! I can connect on so many levels! You've done a great job!

Also as a side note, you know Alex and her father Dan? what's weird is my name 'is' Alexis, whilst my fathers name is Daniel. I'm called Alex for short, and My dad is called Dan for short, weird right? haha

I'm very disappointed at this point. I loved this story. I spent a whole day non-stop reading it and now I learn it's never going to be finished? I'm pissed, frankly.

I'm a writer too, so I understand. The difference between you and me is that I keep the stuff I want to get published eventually OFFLINE. OFFLINE! SO I have NO ONE to disappoint when I suddenly decide to rewrite it. NO ONE to absolutely betray when they finally got into my characters. If that means working eleven years on a story like I have, then SO BE IT. UGH.
