More character assessments lol... I like Sapphire..really I do, she was Cody's one friend who's her cousin.. but she needs to respect herself more huh... I'm gathering that she'll mature and eventually have the guts to ditch that.. the real manwhore!

Finn... I really hate guys like him, he uses girls and it's just sad, even sadder, that they fall for his shit. Guys like him deserve to burn... burn I tell you.

Ah the little moment between Dom and Faith was one of those aw moments that people really shouldn't over-do and you don't... so far you've had a very good balance... of aww/grr/sniff/and hahahahahaha

I liked your play on words with Faith's name, the pun was good, "...just a little Faith."

I love long chapters...they really let you get into the story, the whole mentor thing you have started with Faith and Cody is quite nice, and gives a good dimension to the story... rather than it being Cody against the world with people there to help her, but who don't really understand her situation... you have someone who's situation wasn't quite the same (as to not look really corny) but similar.

Right about the whole mum/mom thing.. yeah I only know because I only live across the ditch lol in NZ.

You've painted a fair picture in my head.. this is a very well written story that, from here on in, has me hooked.

Your lead character is believable... she's sweet but not too much of a pushover and still needs more work... esteem and head wise.

I like how your story isn't just about her, that it also gives an insight to the other characters.. After I read the first chapter, I hated Dom.. but you've made him bearable and even likeable...

Faith.. is quite possibly one of my favourites.. independant but still bitter (who could blame her?) Kind and understanding and dominant.

Madden is cool, nice from the start and it was easy to perceive him as a bit too soft. However with that said you can also understand his attraction to Cody, and how he's a little apprehensive and a bit uh blind to it. Blind because it kind of eludes him, but apprehensive because he dimisses it when he thinks about it.

Oh and one thing that's been bothering me, you say that your story is set in the states but you use mum rather than mom.

Not really bothering me, but I mean... well do you in the states? Just curious.. I'm too curious for my own good.. uh lol well um this review has been too long anyway... better get back to history studying.

Well done. I like the development in the chapter. I noticed that you accidentally used span at one point instead of spun. I like how this is going. I can't wait until Cody actually starts to realize how she feels about Madden and vice versa. I have the feeling they're going to both be very shy aroundthe other person just because of the fact that both of them would never expect the other to fall for them. Good stuff.

i'm so glad you've been updating. since i'm from the u.s where we don't use the much more understandable metric system, i had to look up the kilogram to pound conversion. so she lost five kilograms in this chap, which was roughly equivalent to losing ten pounds. that's pretty good, but really fast for one week. how much did she weigh to begin with? i'm trying to get a mental image in my head of what she looks like. i really like how the heroine of this story isn't your typical ravishingly beautiful girl, and i love that she doesn't really like madden yet, either. i mean, i know its who she's going to end up with, but i like that she has her eye on someone else first so that it isn't completely like a cliched girl loves older bro's best friend kinda story. so i'm wondering whether or not her whole obsession with losing weight is going to get worse, and i can't wait to read more, so update soon!
