Great. I'm glad you updated. I looked up Kilos on the internet so I could convert them into pounds so that I could get a better idea of what you were talking about. 55 lbs! I understand better now. Sure, she's probably a bit chubby, but she's not exactly what you'd call Obese obese. A healthy weight would be about 130 lbs, so that would make her a plump 185 lbs. I suppose I would also have to factor in her height to know if she really was all that fat or just chunky. lol...I'm getting a little scientific here.

Btw...it's been a while, what did I say about Madden? I looked through the reviews but I can't figure out which comment you're talking about. Also, I liked Madden the way he was. I like good guys that treat people with respect. But that reaction he had was definitely very realistic-doing everything he could to vindicate himself of the possibility of being gay. I don't know why Cody doesn't factor in the fact that the bottle did in fact land on her so he had a very legitimate reason for kissing her too, even if he was technically doing to to prove he wasn't gay.

One thing that I would elaborate on is Finn. You just sort of randomly mention at parts that Cody has a crush on him. I'm not feeling it though. Where are her emotions to prove it? That part where she yelled out to no one in particular when she was walking home was perfect, but I'd add some little fluttery's in her stomach or something when she sees him.

I like the way you handled her reaction to the kiss with Madden, and her burgeoning feelings that she doesn't realize that she has. Very very well done.

I liked the little snippets. You didnt drag on a scene. You made them short and sweet plus it was a long chapter. We got to learn alot about the characters as well.

hi im a new reader. your story is just heartbreaking. it really reminds me of how cruel people can be sometimes. at first, when i read the summary, i thought that the 25 kg was short for 25 grande, and that it was some sort of monetary bet, hahaha. it didn't click in my head right away that the kg stood for kilograms. i guess i've been brainwashed by too many cliched bet stories, haha. dom is a real dick. in no way is he a very good brother. i feel awful for cody and the way she gets treated by not only her schoolmates but by her brother as well. that's not right. i mean sure, dom has done some good stuff, but he can't pick and choose when its a convenient time for him to be a good brother. it just doesn't work that way, and on the flip side, madden is absolutely perfect for her. he's adorable, and i love his caring character. i can admire cody for her conviction, and losing some weight would probably be a bit better for her self image, but i hope she learns from her trip to the hospital that she's going about it in the wrong way. anyways, your story is very interesting, and i hope you update soon!

i like the concept. i think madden, though, is a bit too obvious and sensitive for a guy his age. and i hate to stereotype, but it's true that those traits are far apart during the teenage years. but he could be one of those sweetheart guys. dom's an ego trip. you can't help but admire, just a little, his self-loving nature. cody. what to say about her? american culture is so harsh towards both genders. it's a little embarrassing, but in a way it was our own fault and what we thought looked hot. my health teacher once told me that being skinny does not mean in any way that you're in shape. i can attest to that fact. i can't run, at all. horrible at it. anyways, please update sooN!

Excellent! Ooh! I really really want to read more. This story really draws you in so you want to find out what happens next. I had one beef with it. She was only starving herself for a couple days while still eating little bits here and there and exercising and then all of the sudden she fainted. I starved myself for a couple of months and exercised myself out and I never fainted-sure, near the end I was getting vertigo if I moved too fast and all that crap...but that was a couple months down the road. In any case, good stuff. Most people don't know what the human body can take anyway. Keep up the story. It's good.
