Reviews for Predator |

![]() ![]() ![]() That's an evil, evil cliffhanger you've got there. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh man Oh man! O.O It's a cliffy! *eye twitch* Anyway, thank goodness I didn't review yet..I started reading this story some two weeks ago and I kept thinking I'll just hold my questions til the last chapter I'll read. Phew. Well, there goes my theories...written in this chapter. At first I was so confused about..everything (By the way, is Blue Scythe and Rayth's eye color?) and by the last few chapters things were finally cleared up but I'm still confused on who's who in the Consumer, Predator and Producer thing (I keep thinking it's Scythe, Rayth and Cancer but why would Cancer be with them at all to scheme all their evil deeds? And don't they hate each other? Ah, the swirliness of things). Is anyone of them Angela, Herbert, Lionel, Anthony and Cairon religious (since they know all those stuff and all- and speaking of which, I applaud them for knowing the Ten Commandments, I'm from a Catholic family and I barely remember any of them)? And how is Lionel related to Eleanor? Great, great grandmother? I really commend your characters. They're so unheroic it's stunning. Angela, for example, is so..self-centered; she wants people to wait for her, she'll be kind when she's in the mood and cold when she's tired of things. Everything should stop for her, it's annoying and yet refreshing. It's nice to know she's learning though. Well anyway, I should stop or else this might turn into a full blown Literary Analysis and fictionpress forbid that I do that here..some other place maybe? xD Sorry for making this long, it's like my compensation for not reviewing at all the whole time I started reading this story. I've pent up my enthusiasm for this that it's just gone boom! right now. Thanks for taking time to read this (if you did, which I hope would happen) and keep up the fantastic work you've been doing! More muse bunnies to you, man. Seriously. -Claes Winterspell |
![]() ![]() ![]() Wow. This just gets crazier and crazier, but it's starting to make sense. Update soon! I want to know what happens next! |
![]() ![]() ![]() hm. both those brothers are CRAZY! lol. I'm a little confused but I think I understand a little... sad though, I didn't want Scythe or Rayth to be bad. |
![]() ![]() ![]() im feeling ill... ugh its all your fault. You are actually the only person i still review. don't you feel honoured. screw you. anyways cum so i can talk to you biatch. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I thought I'd never see the day. I can't believe you update, I swear you made my 2008. Happy New Year by the way and congrats on your acceptance into Oxford! This story is way to deep for my little pea brain to even try to understand so I'm gonna wait until you decide to finish lol because I just know the ending is going to be realy good. I'm going to take a little guess here and say that I think Rayth shot himself? Or maybe I'm just trying to sound smart here when he really just killed Cancer and poor Angela lol. Can't wait for the ending. Don't leave us hanging for too long, you left it at a cliffy. [ |
![]() ![]() ![]() :O Oh my! I thought Angela's little sister was related to Scythe and Rayth somehow. I'm confused though, did Rayth get the little boy's gun or is he the little boy? (It's been a while since the earlier chapter so I'm having trouble remembering!) And so, both twins have tried to kill Angela and Cancer has never tried to, yet the weird little boy wants her to stay away from Cancer... bi-zarre! Well I can't wait for you to update the story and find out who lives and who dies! And to explain the general chaos that this story presents... like why Scythe tried to rape Angela one day, then kill her the next... weird. Anywho, loved the chapter and can't wait for another update!:D |
![]() ![]() ![]() Whoa... this is twisted. So basically there was this adultery going on between the parents but man, I love how you write but I don't think I would ever have the guts to burn rats (but maybe with ants) but never rats. I adore your characters... and especially Scythe and Cancer. The way you write is so deep and everyone in this story is flawed. Well, now I know that Angela's mother hates Angela for resembling her father and why she is borderline anorexic. And Rayth was the one who killed Lynn... In the end, it's almost as if there was something wrong with the water supply for that place. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ok, so let's see, I hate handing in two-part reviews, but I'm putting on my rain boots and wading through this story. I want to make speculations here before you finish the story. So Scythe's and Angela's parents unintentionally formed an Affair Club that Cancer’s dad is also somehow a part of, and Angela's little sister is an affair baby with Scythe’s dad. This strained Scythe's parents' marriage, and on Scythe's birthday Scythe's dad got really drunk and convinced Angela to kill the house power so he could snatch away Scythe while it was dark. (He left a ransom note that read, “Screw you, Rayth!,” presumably.) They drove off into the sunset, or more like a river because drunk driving kills. The car was sinking, and at some point the car filled with rats, but oh gosh I don't remember that part right now. Scythe was traumatized and decided God was punishing him, and his karma needed to be balanced. My reasoning would've been, "That rat car was awful! Something really great must be about to happen to balance that out!" Scythe's went like, "That rat car was awful! Better go kill lots of rats and put them in a mass grave!" Sure, Scythe. Sure. But no, it makes sense if you're crazy. I see where he's coming from. Angela’s mom hates Angela for looking like her fat redhead dad, so Angela goes borderline anorexic to look less hate-able, and also probably because she has control issues because that’s why everyone’s anorexic. Tyson died in the car incident and for some dumb reason someone decided to toss his bones in the rat bone pit, and now Scythe is angry because his rat pit isn't pure. (It's a pit of rat bones, Scythe, honey. The purity ship has sailed.) Also Rayth killed Lynn, but who knows where her bones are these days? Probably the rat pit. It’s all about the rat pit. So Scythe wants to fix this by...chucking more dead people in it? Doesn't that sully the rat pit further? Scythe goes on to prove, as many have before him, that it isn’t sexy and exciting to be friends with a psycho no matter how cute and needy they can be at times. Rayth also wants to kill her, but he’s doing a better job. So Scythe's the Consumer, unless his obsession with fire is a red herring. Rayth is mysterious. They all are, but all I really know of him is that he collects animals and wears adorably bookish glasses. And the second one’s probably not even true, although it should be. So, what the heck, Rayth’s the Predator, and Cancer’s the other one. Also, I’m glad that my friends and I don’t have conversations like, “It is too late to repent. We get reborn over and over and are punished, but nothing improves. A merciless, shattered heaven watches down on us and laughs, showing scorn where we beg for understanding. Etc.” I'm equally glad that my friends don't throw me over cliffs. And that’s it. I hope I’m correctly understanding all the cryptic gobbledegook! Loving it so far! This chapter had some great, powerful horror movie realization moments! |
![]() ![]() *SPOILERS*, I guess. If anyone at an earlier point in the story reads these reviews. Ok, so there was this moment in reading this chapter where I said to myself, "Ahh. Ok. So Bones is collecting rats and then burning them alive and throwing their skeletons into a big pit. I get it." ..."What the heck kind of child would believe that's a game in the first place?" I mean, when I was 10 a friend convinced me to help her cut a worm in half, and the thing survived and I STILL cried over it. I would expect teenagers to have slightly better judgment, which makes me even more skeptical about Bones. Maybe I just don't run with as wild a crowd as Scythe's friends. Anyway, I don't mean to sound critical. I like this story, generally. Congrats on Oxford, too! I just finished applying to all my colleges myself. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Awesome. These things always raise more questions than they answer though P Congratulations on Oxford! What are you planning to do? Aw still dying to figure out who Predator and Producer and Consumer are. Had a theory before. Can't remember though, it's been a while, but I think it went... Predator Cancer, Producer Rayth, Consumer Scythe? Or do they correspond to the characters at all? Update son! |
![]() ![]() ![]() wow that was really good...cant believe you just did a cliffy... hope youll ubdate soon... nazx |
![]() ![]() ![]() That explained something but not everything. So the sin is about that ancestor who jumped off the tower? I can't really remember because it's been so long since I read that chapter (this is one of those stories where you really have to pay attention to every detail). I understand a why Scythe is all messed up, but not Rayth. Maybe I have to read some stuff over. But anyway, the chapter did help clear up some things though. I'm so happy you updated. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh my gosh. So freaking intense. Q Q I hope Raythe didn't just shoot Cancer... Update soon please please please? |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm always either confused, or shocked or gasping in horror when I'm reading this story lol. But seriously, it's awesome and I can't wait to see how things turn out. |
