you're rather self-deprecating for someone who writes such vivid poetry. the images in this are beautiful!

| Neverlander12 chapter 1 . 9/9/2006
Wow, I so got lost there. And yet, I love it! Woohoo! *laughs* Sorry, a little sleep deprivation high going on here. Woo..okay, calmed down. The "dead fox made into fur" and "tracing paper that I'd love to crumble" kinda threw me off. There were a ton of great elements for it being such a short piece. The imagery, the flow, the diction and word choice- it was all fantastic. So, taken at face value, without any analaysis of the deeper meaning going on there...IT'S STILL A FREAKIN GREAT POEM (and I'm not just saying that b/c you flattered me either).

first, I have to say thank you for your extremely flattering reviews. You made my day, really.
Secondly: I like this. The imagery is slightly off-kilter, and that just works for me. I love the line about the fox stole.

Lovely poem, simple and seemingly effortless, nice imagery. No criticisms at all really, top stuff.
