Ah-ha! it's well written and very sickening at the same time

Man, it was really starting to get scary until she changed and breathed fire! Sorry, I had say it since your cast of characters at the Shepherd's Table soup kitchen sounded downright evil!

Awesome story. The hole thing just has this awful disgusting slimy feel to it. About the only thing you could have done further is describe the rice as little "maggots" but thank you for not doing that. Definitely a different story, it makes me want to write
