Reviews for What Matters |

![]() ![]() ![]() I really enjoyed this sad, heartfelt one shot! I think you can make a full length story out of this! Great work! |
![]() ![]() ![]() gosh dat was sad yet good :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() aww:D really cute! |
![]() ![]() ![]() I know you're getting really good reviews, and I hate to be the first bad one, but I didn't think this was some of your better work. It was very unrealistic. Why be invisible? Gossip was a poor excuse. And Andrew. Why now? And why couldn't he pronounce her last name or point her out in class? And why did the doctor's office send a letter instead of having a meeting? Why would her parents bring it to her at school instead of waiting? Not that they should wait, it just sounds more like something parents would do. And why would Andrew kiss her? Technically, he doesn't even know her anymore. I'm sorry, but this wasn't your best. |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is really sweet. She could have had a better initial reaction to the letter, like denying it a little more before it sunk in or you could have mentioned how it did sink in a little more. But I like it, and it's really cute, sweet, and actually inspiring. You're a talented author. (: |
![]() ![]() ![]() aww, i love it, you are amazing |
![]() ![]() ![]() This is really good... And as for that song, I think it might be White Flag, because I vaguely remember that had something to do with cancer. Its really, really old, so its probably not the one you were talking about. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Ha, well I think I might one of those "tongue-piercing punks" without the piercings. My parents don't want me getting any piercing on my face- ever, but we'll se about that. Right, the story. I think it was good, but the cancer thing was too pedictable. Yes, I do feel for the girl, but I don't believe in blending in. I believe in standing out and saying what I think, so at first I couldn't understand this girl. I still liked the story though, especially Andrew. He's nice, which definitely is good. And I would hate it if people treated me differently if I had cancer. And actually, I think it might be people like Andrew who make cancer patients not give up, even with the horrible chem and what not. And stories like these are those that motivate people. Whether it's a problem related to love, an illness or anything in the world. These stories can cause change. A few typed out words. Fancy that! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh wow...romance and tragedy. You're into the whole kill two birds with one stone thing, eh? :) Just joking...I liked it. I wanted more, but it was good for a one shot. :) |
