|Reviews for A Winter's Prayer|
| Eirien chapter 1 . 11/28/2006
Interesting, quite unusual. I like that. Also the ending which shows that the winter the speaker has prayed for does not satisfy him either. One could understand this poem also on a metaphorical level. I like that idea that the speaker longs for winter because then others will not have the energy to torture him, that there will be peace. I have sometimes flet this myself, that things that upset you in summer do not seem to matter so much in winter simply becuase I haven't got the energy to worry.

Even winter has its charms and this you proved. A wonderful poem, which I enjoyed reading. Well done and many thanks for the review.
| Sir Scott chapter 1 . 9/22/2006
I like how you pray for the warmth of summer when the cold weather cracks your hands. I guess there is pros and cons about every season of the year.
