Oh no. Cassie killed Charles, well I guess I really can't be that surprised, she strangled him to death. I have to say that Cassie has a lot more power than I thought she did. I can't wait for the ending and I'm glad you wrote this. It's a very different kind of story and I loved it because of that.

I thought I was unhappy before I read this, but obviously this story is traumatizing enough to change my mind. I'm glad it's nearly over, because I can't imagine how much longer you could have dragged on the hysteria. But I wouldn't have read this story if I didn't find it at least intriguing.

I never really thought she would be stronger than Charles in that "face-off"... Guess I was wrong.

And Cassie's deterioration leads to a tragic end for her brother. Even though Charles is far from perfect, I have to say I pity him. I certainly wonder what is going to happen to Cassie now, so I can't wait for the final (thirteenth...) chapter. A few questions (as always):

Will Connor ever haunt Cassie again, now that she believes he is gone?

Will the twisted secrets and relationships of their family be revealed?

Medea was the tale of a princess killing her brother to provide a distraction for her lover to get away, and later kills everyone around her husband (the children, the princess, and the king) in a jealous rage when he abandons her for a marriage with a princess and the throne. Then, our of nowhere, she rides off on a carriage drawn by dragons.

Pretty weird play, had to read it recently for my lit class.

Oh my, that was such a twist, a sick and disturbing, but well done twist. I can just imagine the scene in my head... shudder.

wow i didnt think that she would really kiil him. did the non psycho part of her justify it because he abused her? the only peoples shes harmed have been people who have harmed her...

Wow... this chapter left me breathless. Poor Charles. And is it really Connor within Charles? It's just what Cassie perceives, isn't it?

-I like that line :) I don't think boredom could up her crazy level any more than it is.

I think Charles is as evil as Conner...well slightly less. My heart goes out to Cassie, poor thing.

wow. I really like how you're characterized her as crazy... not that the rest of her family really qualifies as 'sane'. This is an interesting story- it's incredibly different from everything else I've seen (ever). I look forward to the update!

When did Cassie's mental...issue...begin? Was it back when Connor was "hurting" her or is this after Charles killed everyone?

And as for Charles' dedication to Cassie: is it like, I'll protect you dedication or like, love only me dedication?
