That was a beautiful ending.

Haven't reviewed this story much, because it was a bit too overwhelming at times, but I really liked this summing up. It's powerful. I like it!

Anyways, I love how they made up that stories about Mr. Wyman abusing her. It shows how rich people always find a way to get out of trouble. lol.

It's a really creative plot. So Cassie thinks Charles isn't dead yet but she thinks Charles can see Conner too?

I actually read this story on your websiste, but I wanted to review it so here I am. Although very dark, somewhat depressing storyline it does make you think about love & lust and all those inherent qualities.

I really liked reading through Cassie's POV, she was so innocent and naive, but at the same time so dark. I completely understand her motivations and her decisions, and I can't really stand Charles. A very tragic story, but extremely well written. :)

wow an incredibly powerful story. it was a bit eerie but as always you make the characters seem so real and the story so beleivable.

Your story was so dark and creepy. But I liked it. I always wanted to know what she was thinking, what the characters would do next. Even thought it's kind of horrible to think it, I actually wanted Cass to commit suicide so she could be with her brothers. Really awesome story. :D

Gosh I pity her so much. It has to be terrible to not have a sense of reality. Awful.

It's really quite sad, this ending. This story. Cassie is so perceptive in some ways, but I wish she was more perceptive in others. I have to say this family is extremely messed up. Everyone gets bought off or threatened. Or locked away, like Cassie.

It's kinda desolate, and quite depressing. But it was a good story, twisted as it was, and congratulations on finishing and making it through. It must've been hard.

I do not have enough praise for this story. By far the best story you have written to date on fictionpress as well as This is the one story I've read of yours that seem almost poetic. Cassie's narration is provoking, her analysis of others impeccable. Your attention to the actions of your characters, and realistic dialogue makes this a very enjoyable read. The last chapter especially is stunning. It reads like a dream.

wow...the story is something! That's the best thing I've read about mentally unstable people. Cassie suffered the most, just because of her brothers' competitiveness and possessiveness. Talk about men being stupid;) just kidding:)

I cried at the end of the story and I just wonder why the hell not a single family member came to help Cassie when she was raped?

This story is something you read without being able to stop and I loved every piece of it. You've succeeded in writing this style. You made a great job!:)
