1) Your word usage is great. It's good to see that there are still a few writers willing to branch out of the ordinary nouns and verbs.

2) The metaphors in this composition really grab your attention.

3) Your writing style in itself is very lilting and pleasant. Definitely not a "He said, she said" tale, as I call them. This wasn't a list of actions, it was a story. And it was beautifully obscure.
