| Kali Sword chapter 1 . 11/1/2006
Kinda sounds like you're talking about a vampire embracing their victum... alcohol works too!
Keep up the works!
| Operation Miranda chapter 1 . 10/10/2006
Simply great. This poem gives away everything and nothing like an eloquent Jay Gatsby. Yeah, that's a weird reference. My only advice is to take out the word "to" in the 8th line and simply leave it "I can't help but feel the arms." The "to" made it sound kind of awkward. Enough said, it was a good poem!
| les petits bateaux chapter 1 . 10/9/2006
isn't it odd how weird, but really good stuff come out when it's in the wee hours of the morning? i adore the ending, "you're intoxication without the alcohol-". that really spoke out about the whole poem. imagery-wise, lovely.
| Samana chapter 1 . 10/8/2006
this is great, your poetry and mine seem to reflect our musical taste, yours is refined, tight, flowing, yet almost rehearsed, where as mine is usally a simple idea that just continues with an occasional twist, i like yours more, peace
| The Melancholy Cocoa Bean chapter 1 . 10/7/2006
wow... panic hiding in the rose bushes... what a haunting and warped line - yet it works perfectly.
this is pretty amazing. the images are effortless and flowing. i can almost feel touch on my neck now... keep it up :D
| polka dots and addictions chapter 1 . 10/7/2006
this is gorgeous. I love the way its all flowed together, and the wording you use has really brought this poem to life. If i have room, im favouriting this. nice xx
