NO! Nick's mom! Sorry... What happened to his sister? Is she okay? How did it happen? Why did Nick tell them the truth? Why did they believe him? It's so unbelievable. Hardly anyone would have believed him, or decided not to say anything, even if their life was threatened. Lotsa questions there.

I love your writing, and I think it's good. Keep up the good work. :)

Wow. Nick's mom is dead. i couldnt believe it when i read this. its just...so shocking. i didnt think grigory would actually go through wiht the killing. i thought he was bluffing but apparently he's not afraid of killing his former friends. i shouldve known that when he killed nick's dad. I feel like crying and im NOT an emotional person. At all. anyways, can't give you much advice because you dont need it wiht this story. please update soon!

Wow, this is interesting so far. I didn't know that Nick and his family had powers. And what happened to the rest of his family? And who are those people chasing him down? Cori's got herself in quite a mess! I'd like to see more of your story.

After 3 attempts of trying to write a good constructive review, I have decided to give up and just say this:

Your story is highly engaging and a delightful read. The characters and their emotions have been potrayed realistically, yet beautifully. I find myself easily empathising with each one of them.

The *only* fear Im having at the moment, is the crossover you wrote about Nick and Artem. I really do hope that is NOT an indication or hint of how this actual story will turn out towards the end. Afterall, crossovers can also be AU...correct? D

Well, I don't see why you'd need to take the last half of this chapter out into the snow and shoot it, unless it would somehow melt all the snow (which would be nice). I didn't really think it was boring, or deadly dull, or anything like that. Of course, I'm massively in love with this story, which might make me a little biased, but...

Poor Nick! I just wanted to reach into my computer and give him a giant hug. Adn can I just say that Rezanov reminds me so much of skeezy, slimy politicians? He's all calm and soothing, and such, but really has that nasty ulterior motive and will do anything to get it done. (just in case you couldn't tell, I hate politics in general. :P)

I just noticed one thing - I can't find it now, but - in one part, one of the men was looking over his desk, and you said steeped fingers. Was this supposed to be steepled?

As always, you brilliance puts me in awe. If we could give out gold stars for the stories we enjoy mucho, you would have a stack of them.
