Ooh, this was quite the interesting tale! A penny...awesome job.

I loved it. I want to be a coin now. It's interesting how people look at a mere penny - the least "valuable" coin in American currency - and depend on it for all the luck in the world. And how there are superstitions about picking it up (I'm not supersticious, so I pick 'em all up).

I want to be a penny. Travel the world (well...most likely just the US, but Americans take their money to other countries also). I like how he changed his mind though, from a traveling-adventure to having a purpose-adventure. I can only guess that it would make the life of a penny, being lucky and everything. :)

You captured the true essence of American life around a penny. Kudos.
