hahah, i've actually pulled that one on a friend before! said that i got knocked up by my boyfriend, and she FLIPPED. it was probably the funniest thing... but then she got me back by somehow convincing me the school had burned down. twas cruel.

So anyway. have you ever been in love? because the funny thing is, the way that rhode describes his feelings to sophie is exactly what i tell my boyfriend. and i don't think i love my boyfriend, merely that...i very easily could. so my question is, do you ahve personal inspiration for these descriptions?

i'm extremely glad that you've kept Sophie and Rhode to their normal character traits. so often I read stories where the characters change so much, I don't recognize them anymore. I can recognize them easily here. it's good.

O. Wow. That was really great, and that's me sounding like a deadbeat. I mean, it was so frickin' amazing, I've started hopping around my house and imitating Reval. ("I'm gonna rip you apart," throwing knives, that sort of thing.) Your characters are hilarious, and I absolutely love the entire conference/curse/Santa & Cupid/Halloweenians thing.
