i guess this is a cool poem.

it at least has a really nice rhythm behind it.

maybe i just don't really like the transition with "despite"

I remember when you first wrote this. You sent it to me for an opinion. It's still as good as I first thought it was.

Nice build up, it flows well and its thought provoking, but the ending was a bit dissappointing.. I wasn't expecting it .. it wasn't personal..it was sort of vague and general.. But you've got a major talent. Keep up the good work.
