I would have preferred you used some formatting to separate the title and by author, e.g. bold.
Yes, you do make a point - often things are simply forgotten, but has not disappeared.
There are some good ideas there.

Wow. Great poem. Looks like you put a little of your soul into that one. Take comfort in the knowledge that you are not alone and that sometime in the future that the fog lifts and the living ghosts lonely song will stir the hearts of the many. It is a terible feeling to feel alone. The poem really does capture the essence of being lonely.
