I loved the book. I was disappointed that it ended though. But the way it ended was so perfect. :)

I know this is an incredibly late review for a story long over, but all I can say is WOW.

This has to be the most involved I've ever been in a story, every part of it left me wanting more. I cried, literally cried when I thought Aine had betrayed Val. You write fantastically and I'm very glad I decided to click on this story, it drew me in from chapter one. Thank you so much for this and for all the hard work you put in to see this through to the end.

Such a good story. I LOVED IT! :D I liked the ending and I'm glad Val's mom came back into the picture. It's weird but I love the name Aine.

Oh my god... this was so beautiful! I loved it so much! Great story about love, pain, healing... friendship and family! Ah it was awesome!

Oh my God! My heart hurts! I'm sitting here reading this knowing "The author wouldn't do that, Aine freaking loves him too much!" and the last sentence was extra proof (Aine probably took it to use on L'iarc) but still I just feel like so heartbroken for him. He doesn't know that he's faking and it hurts him so much... oh my God! ahh! But a great chapter :D

Well, I read this fic a while ago, and all I can say is that I ABSO-F*CKING-LUTLY LOVE IT! The mix of angst and romance and war was amazing. And the whole part about where Aine betrayed Val just broke my heart. But the ending, it was awesome. Everyone won, and it wasn't awkward or really strange how it ended. It meshed perfectly with the rest of the story. You know? It wasn't one of those "everyone is going to live and be happy forever and rainbow ponies and blah blah blah." I was super! This story kept me entrapped with its magic words that seemed to flow like the most majestic river. Ok, sorry, that was a little cheesy, but it conveys my point. And for giving me a story that I will cherish forever, I grant thee with one 'remove writers block' card! Alright, I can't actually do that, but I hope my review gives you even the tiniest bit of motivation to keep writing making people like me happy! And please, have a pleasant week.
