This story perfectly reflects on my thoughts about incest. Most stories just focus on the sexual part, like suddenly feeling sexual attraction towards the siblings. Yours is... true love? I don't know, but while they were together, they were the most important people in the world to each other. That's for sure .

More or less how I feel about my mother and sister, they are the most important people in the world (only below myself and my own purpose in life in the bigger picture of the world). I'm not planning to get married or in a romantic relationship ever, let alone have descendants, but future is volatile, so if I ever do that, my beloved sister and my aging mother will still be above my "own" family as the most important people. Specially my sister since she has a whole lot of life to live and has always looked up to his older brother (my school life was anything but regular in the good sense)

Hehehe, I just hope I don't die sooner than expected since, just like the brother of this story, I'm studying abroad 2 continents and an ocean and seas far away in Siberia .

I really enjoyed this oneshot, it's one of the best stories I've read in a long time. It's bitterweet, and written very well, you can really relate to the anguish the author feels.

Well, when I read it was about incest, i didn't think that it'd be so innocent and pure. It was sad and sweet, making it better. at my school, recently, we lost a senior to drunk driving and i find the emotions in the story so frightening real. LOVe it!

Very sweet story! I uh, kinda have a thing about incest (but not of a sexual nature). I feel like my idea of it is innocent, but most people don't get it . . . my idea is the same as in your story. I really like the way you did the relationship. It was very pure. It was based in friendship and companionship, not lust as you tend to find in stories about incest. I like your use of touch and smell to convey emotion. And it was sad. I liked it!
