![]() ![]() ![]() I love that. Again, beautiful and well written. Another favorite. Keep it up! |
![]() ![]() ![]() There was such a beautifully willowy feel to this poem, so fragile yet everlasting. I really love the word use here, and the imagery is amazing. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love this. it really captures the essence of summer, and it's beautiful. it's going on my favorites list. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Bah I'm such a bad friend I didnt even see this till just now! Damn new story alert with the not workingness... This is beautiful, simply gorgeous. I love the visual of the sunshine sliding slowly down the sides of the canyon (okay, that's not what it said, but that's what I got from it). I also adore the part about the lilac blossoms and how they leave just a faint fragrance but it's enough to remind you of someone. And I also really really love the lines: "Count life's blossoms and your blessings, darling for i might just fall for you again someday". Absolutely genius. ) |
![]() ![]() ![]() Excellent way to integrate the season's into a work that speaks volumes about the specific relationship, and how emotions tend to ebb and flow like the weather. Great end stanza. Kind of unexpected, but it fits so well when rereading this for relatability. Excellent work. Very visual, with true emotion evident and identifiable for the reader. Great write. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Aww...it's so pretty! I love the last stanza. I don't know why, but i adore terms of endearment in poetry. I don't necessarily like them in real life - they're generally cliche - but they make the moment more vivid when one writes. Well done. Christine |
