Thanks for writing this, I need to write a book review on The Hot Zone, and while I had heard somewhere that the symptoms were exaggerated, I was having a hard time finding what it was actually like. This was very helpful and well written, and I hadn't actually thought of the subliminal message being transmitted through the use of military terms.
