|Reviews for Always a Reason|
| All Alone With Her Thoughts chapter 1 . 6/1/2007
I hate when people say that, I really do. "Everything happens for a reason." It kind of makes me sick, to tell the truth. Did the Holocost happen for a reason? Is Darfur happening for a reason? Did all the horrible stuff that happened and is still happening in the world, happen for a reason? It's okay, I don't have awnsers either.
Anyhow, enough ranting. Lovely poem.

I like this poem, it's deeply emotional. I understand what your poem is expressing.

somehow i dont like this one as much as the others. i like it... i do, i just dont love it. i read your profile and i dont usually do that but i saw your note about how people dont like that you dont use punctuation and that kind of bothered me and it stuck with me through this whole poem and i think i was paying that a bit too much attention as opposed to the actual poem. I think the lack of punctuation MAKES your poems sing the way they do. but i dont think the lack makes your poems "flow" like you said but more that it adds a beat. at the beginning of every line theres and emphasis. each beginning word has more voice. SKIN that covers them so FEEBLY I wish I could just get AWAY from this place and go SOMEWHERE anywhere
and thats less of a flow for me and more of a rhythem. sorry for the really long boring speech.

Oh la la, this is great. I love the choppy-ness of it, it actually works for this poem!
