fantastic! once i started i couldnt stop. Great story, great characters, great writing... thank for posting this here, because i loved it! Im a big fan of the infected series but i think i enjoyed this story even more!

As much as I love the Infected Series (and I do!), I really think that Alone with the Dead is a fantastic series in its own right. Any chance of more down the road? I'm hoping so... as much as I look forward to reading about Roan, I'm not so keen on the Holden character. I feel like I'm supposed to care about him, but I can't - I just find him annoying and a bit of a story staller until Roan comes back. Fiona is cool, probably because she is who she is - an assistant. Same with Seb. Their characters fit the story lines well... but Dylan just seems to be a bit of an afterthought lately as well - not like Paris who at least seemed to have more of impact on Roan's character.

But in Alone with the Dead - your characters seem so well "integrated" in regards to the main character and to the stories themselves. I find myself wondering not just what's been happening with Gryphon, but also with Mr. Aronofsky, Ruby, Ray, Clay, Shane etc.

Maybe that's why it appeals to me... I read Infected because of Roan, but I re-read Alone with the Dead because of all of the characters. I hope they get to speak again!

Hey there! Im so glad you updated the rest of the story as well. I love it. The characters, especially Gryph and his... occupants?... have grown on me. Keep up writing, youre doing a pretty damn good job.

Just sat down and read these final chapters (of this section) a nice wrapping up of the story and I like that Gryphon is becoming reflective - he can't grow up and and into himself without that. For me a lead character has to have that learning from his/her experiences going on otherwise what is the point. So I liked the introduction of the Gods thing too. The story chapter 9 on the first page you have Rachel say 'he was just sitting there' then nsay 'how do you think he broke the mirror if he was just standing there'.

Very good. I actually checked how much Alone With the Dead costs, too much :). 10 dollars paperpack, maybe, 15 dollars, no. And shipping added, no way.
