That is so sad! It brought a tear to my EYE! I love the poem, I wish you guys were back together, I can almost feel ur pain!

Wow, i can't believe i didn't review this, i am so stupid sometimes!

'I thought of you day, i thought of you night

then i quit thinking of you, just out of spite'

Seriously, i love that line, there is so much that connect the two people in this but then the anger of that person not being there makes you hate even thinking about her so you make yourself stop! This poem has a story slowly radiating from it and thats what i really like about it. The way you describe your friendship, the good times and even the bad and then the saying goodbye, it has a lot of power.

Also a fave line of mine:

'I also have a poem of how i lost you then i loved you. This is my goodbye'

It's like at the then end of it all you have come to terms with what you had and now are able to say goodbye even though it hurts!

I'd really like to see you out of your comfort zone though, maybe step back and try to write about something that you don't know a lot about and maybe something that doesn't rhyme, something abstract and distant but something that you can relate to and put all your power and emotion into! I don't really know if i'm making sense, i hope i am!
