Aw...this story is so sad. That's okay though. :) I like how much depth you've put into these characters and their relationships. Hope to see more later, keep up the good work!

Man...I can't blame her for not wanting to marry Lance, he doesn't seem that great from his conversation with her...I was a little surprised that Lee Anna told her mother about everything that had happened, and that Sarah was so accepting of her. Sarah really is a good mother, it seems, despite her daughter's differences and outbursts she is still willing to take care of her...

Wow...this first chapter is intriguing. Well written, very sad at its heart, especially how you have underscored Lee Anna's guilt by telling the story of her mother trying so hard to have a child. I'm going to keep reading this...

Good chapter. I like your writing style. It's descriptive without being ramble-y. The story seems interesting so far; was this just a oneshot or will you be adding more to it? Either way, very good.
