Hi. This is my first time reading ur story, its because i dont read much, but this one "it is the exact same way that i would write this story" and frankly "it was awesome" i imagined to write a successful princess and knight love story but it was too long that i had to stop, but this one is also very nice that now iam thinking of writing a failed true love of them. I just have one question, if you know you'll never be your lover's partner, then why break your heart by letting it fall in love with him/her? Why embrace a love that was doomed from the start? In the doomed cases of love at first sight, why can't one of them or both, walk out of each others life? Is it really true that you can't choose the person you fall in love with? Because, in Indian customs, in arranged marriages, the couples eventually fall in love with each other in the long run, so isn't it safe to have arranged marriages while choosing your partner for life? Personally saying, I hate to have any regrets in my life, so I turn all the things in my mind so that something good comes out of it. If the love is doomed, why can't they stay in the safe friend zone? Is true love really true? Will that happen to everyone, even girls who are physically not so great?
God, you must be wondering where I came from? Don't worry, I'm not an alien. I'm from earth only. :D

Although this is clearly one of xoxluurve’s earlier works, it certainly isn’t lacking. Its unnamed characters – the knight and the princess – have clear personalities even if they just appear for a few thousand words. Their feelings for each other are clear and don’t feel overdone. The dialogue is well written and although it reflects the time period in which the one shot is set, it doesn’t feel forced or incomprehensible. However, what really makes this one shot special is its plot. xoxluurve takes a relatively cliché idea and spins it into something incredibly realistic, thus making it her own. Even though there is no happy ending here, there is certainly a happy (albeit heartbroken) reader.
