smile for the sunshine chapter 1 . 1/31/2008
that's pretty and sweet and yet shows inner struggles. don't we all feel somewhat reserved at first but then sometimes, i think we drop our guard too soon and it just becomes a mess in the end because you finally stopped stressing and let yourself believe that maybe forever was possible.

but usually that's unlikely.

best wishes for you. )
Kneeling Glory chapter 1 . 12/2/2007
Your last stanza could use a little work. It's got a great message, but you're TELLING it to us. In the rest of the poem, you're SHOWING us. And seeing, my dear, is believing.

Still, an excellent write. I'm enjoying reading your poetry. I experimented a little with formatting like you use, but it never worked for me like it works for you. :P

this is amazing! i'm sure you know how i love the use of spaces, italics, bolded font and other such things in poetry by now ]. brilltiant work, especially the third line

(that makes me feel like this could be happily ever after)

very bueatiful imagery. maybe it's just me, but it makes me think of two people running off into the sunset together, but in a non-cheesy way, haha.

Keep up the good work!

Loving the imagery in the first verse and the deliberate break in the word "farther". Take care.
