|Reviews for Conversations I Hope to Never Have With My Mother|
| paradise street chapter 1 . 9/9/2007
Oh! This is beautifully written, straight through to the end, though I'm not sure I quite understand the relevance of the title, actually. Still, it certainly puts a spin on the way the poem is read. That confusion, for me, made it a bit like reading two poems at once, one about a life and its expectations in perspective, and the other about the fine-line borders of a relationship.
Hehe, I think I'm making meanings, but at any rate, this poem not only captured my attention, but also made me use that grey thing inside my skull a bit, both of which are hallmarks of good writing. Kudos.
