that was a bloody brilliant story mann! the writing itself was okay i guess, but you said alot in there that would explain alot of things. i am somewhat like the shawn that you mentioned. but not exactly. i am popular, as myself, but im not completely comfortable like it. i'm not a homosexual, however. or... i do not consider myself one like how you said that you should not eliminate possibilities. many of things that i do, do not come naturally to me, but i am satisfied i guess. i am smart... but i don't have to hide it. the people that i am popular with idolize me for my intelligence, which i guess is fortunate for me. the people don't know a lot about me, only think they do. the 'me' they know, isn't the whole thing. yea... i don't know why i'm telling you this... but i don't know you (or at least i don't think i do) so it shouldn't do much harm

I love it, for a few reasons. One: I am what that popular type of person considers a "freak" - different colored hair every few months, bondage clothes, and I even had a nose ring once, and I know what Daed is talking about in the story - he's kind of like a more outspoken version of me, in the sense of his ideas. Second of all, it made me think - I get made fun of by these "popular" people, and in turn I've similarly condemned them in the past, but some of them must be like Shawn - conforming because they're afraid they'll be condemned for who they are. I truly think this is an awesome story... thanks for the read :D

*claps* Very well done, man. I couldnt agree with you more. You really know your s*it and you can be proud. Our society prides itself on a normal, cleancut, preppy appearance, which honestly I am ashamed of those people. There is nothing worse than a snobby yuppie in a BMW convertable talking on a cell phone. I just want to yell, "Wake up a$$hole! Look at the real world!" But they refuse and it scares me. Our society is full of a bunch of people who are just "there" and have no imagination or dreams. Anyway... what a talented writer you are! Keep up the excellent work and I will look forward to reading more of your stuff.
