I'm a little in shock. I keep finding these stories I absolutely love and adore, and you always turn out to be the author of them! It's absolutely crazy how many amazing stories you have.
Simultaneously it makes me pretty damn sad, because given your volume of work, and the time they were written, there's no way you'd be up for doing what I was going to hopefully suggest, one-shots for this story and for The Quarter.
Shades Not included and Resistance are beautiful pieces too, but they more well-rounded, perhaps because they span more time.
With this one and The Quarter, there's a lot of potential for silly, or plot-based one-shots, because both stories end almost at the start of the relationship, and these characters have got me so hooked I find myself thinking up scenes with these guys in my own head!

Much enjoyed : ) Pretty well-written. The sudden exchange of twisted histories was a bit of an obvious information dump, but not too bad. And they are hilarious and I love Colt's nickname.

I totally adored Trey. I was surprised that he bothered calling Colt just to apologise for being rude – after all, Colt hadn’t been any better – and even more surprised when he agreed to go on a date with him. He had no filter between brain and mouth and his declaration that the date had been a waste of his time made me laugh so hard I almost fell off my chair. It was really interesting how both guys seemed to dislike each other yet they wouldn’t give up and just forget about each other. I guess they subconsciously sensed there was something there. Considering their past they both turned out pretty well even though Colt acted like a total jerk at first.
