| J W James chapter 1 . 9/24/2009 I was hopeful at teh beginning but got a little sidetracked when I read "Forks, Washington". I think you could take that out, make up some other town and go from there. Once you remove the "Twilight" aspect, I'll respect the story a bit more. The end took me by surprise. I was waiting for something terrible to happen, be it that she killed them or that they mistakenly killed her, but where you went was magnificent. I agree with the other reviewers who pointed out the high dialogue and lean, descriptive story. My best advice at this point would be to give this chapter a nice rewrite before taking the story into a second chapter. nice job and keep up the good work. |

This entire fic was all conversation, you may want to fix this, make the chapter longer and put some expository paragraphs in. Give the reader a vivid mental picture of everything that's going on.
