i'm happy there was more marcus here, despite what you may think. even though peyton & cross are clearly my favorite characters, marcus is my 3rd favorite character.

haha marcus is a smart guy, even though people may stereotype him as a dumb jock. he is probably the only guy who can handle peyton after that "ordeal."

i do wonder, however, if he feels a little guilty about the whole "trade" thing. it doesn't seem like he feels guilty at all. he actually seems somewhat glad about it, for some reason. maybe because he sees that cross likes peyton, & he finally made a move. "a blind dude could see it."

i'm especially excited to read the next chapter. i'm thinking it will be my favorite chapter, probably because i will see peyton's "solution" to everything.

Oh dear, so she thinks that Cross is just messing around with her. I wonder if she's in denial that she's also attracted to him. Also, did Marcus mean by Peyton not being a girl that she doesn't spice herself up, she doesn't give a damn about what people think of her appearance and doesn't think herself hot but just normal?

Yeah, an update! Thanks for using your illness productively! I'm really curious about how her decision is going to play out.
