|Reviews for The First Verse|
| Ashelin chapter 1 . 1/30/2008
How very interesting. An intriguing beauty lies underneath this, crawling beneath the surface. "it festered and grew,/black and bruising and dangerous,/and expanded up and out and/into the bowl, over the rim" I loved how those lines almost were the poem. Ah, I can't describe it. Anyway, amazing imagery. The darkness and originality of the poem is wonderful, as well as this horrific longing that is almost touched. Great job.
