You really write angst as well as fluff and funny stuff. It's really amazing, the scene with the smilies in the snow is perfect. You really captured how it feels to fall that far down.

I so torn on this story because on the one hand i want Luke to end up with Knight, just cause it would be so sweet and i have this whole seen in my head where hes been at home upset about wat he said to luke and when he sees luke in the dinner he beggs for forgivness and they end happily ever after, but then theres galen who is helping luke get over knight and that in itself is lovable so i don't know. I can't wait till we learn more about Galen tho. Hope tat you update SOON!

...please tell me that you haven't given up on this story... :S God, what is it with me and reading stories that I absolutely love and then finding out they never got finished? It's enough to make a girl cry... ;_;

I know you haven't updated this story for 11 months but please give it another glance... I'm a lot more invested in Luke and Galen than the idiotic (but admittedly lovable) bubble couple so it makes me sad thinking I'll never find out how it goes...

Sometimes too you can think it was all a dream. I know that happens to me a lot. It gets to the point sometimes that I can never remember what really happened and what was a dream.

Another wonderful story so far. I keep waiting to see if you are going to have Knight walk back into his life. Either on purpose or more like on accident. I know Luke already has enough problems, but ever since the scene with Michael (that was the coworkers name right?) I've been waiting for Knight to show back up.

Let me tell you what happened: little ol' me starts reading a story "The Tale of the Broken Umbrella" (awesome title by the way). And she reads, and the story's so wonderful and she starts crying, and crying, and crying, and reads all the chapters in one sitting whilst crying, and then she gets at chapter 11 and then she has no more chapters. :( And now she's still crying, because Luke is so sad, and he left Knight, and Knight's probably missing him, which just makes me sad for Galen who seems to care for Luke... *bawls a little more* but there are no more chapters, so we don't know if Knight misses Luke... or if Knight's even coming back (not that I really want him to, I like Galen, he's good for Luke)... So i was wondering... will there be more chapters? Will there? *flashes you puppy eyes with shiny, bright tears and a pathetically hopeful look *

so that's it? it ends right there? god i hope you made a sequeal cuz i just love Galen X Luke together. but it kind of bothers me how not much of Luke's problems were solved. unless it was about Luke moving on with his life. still, i Loved this fanfic and i just want to read it All over again. such a wonderful story. 33

aw, poor Lukie -hugs Luke- i thought it was good to see how broken up Luke actually was with how he reacted to Gale. and it's good to see how their relationship was like before the break up and how they even met.
