Poor Luke. His screwy life just made him so... well, Galen's totally right. And I just want him to see it and snap out of it and be a stronger person! I hope he realizes he can't run away like he ran away from home, from Knight. But what went wrong? In the flashbacks, Knight seems so sweet and Luke seems so happy. What happened to them? What happened between Galen and his mother?

On a personal note, I hope things are going better between you and your dad. I'm sorry, if you know what I mean. Hm, last updated in October... if you still need advice, and it's not too weird to give advice to someone you've never actually, you know, met or anything, feel free! I may seem like a ditz (I may be a ditz), but nonetheless...

TEll us if Luke decides to move in with someone again. Tell us where the heck these two are headed. Tell us if Luke is going to be late for work again the next day? Tell us about his piano playing. I keep waiting to hear about him playing some more and then... *draws a blank* um... I get sidetracked by other events.

I would love to say that I give good advice... but I really don't I doubt it's very practical. I have a pretty sorry life too and I'dd like some advice with issues with family too.

Hi - just saying I am enjoying this story - more than others you've written (I've only read a couple) - although I think that has more to do with my taste than your talent. I'm a little older than most readers here, and a certain brand of ...err... young humor/bouncy just doesn't work for me.

I only bring this up because you mentioned early on that you were trying a new style, and I wanted to give my vote for it. You write very well, smooth and a joy to read. You captured me and sucked me in and now I am looking at a two-month old orphan and hoping I get to learn how it works out... (not so subtle guilt trip).

Here's hoping that winter break imbues you with creative juices!

I kept having these moments like when you watch a horror movie and scream DON'T GO WITH THE STRANGER IDIOT! It had a horror movie feel to it somehow! XD;;

I like this story! The style is interesting, and Luke's very sweet, and Galen is rather mysterious even if he isn't a mafioso.

As for the question you asked a few chapters or so ago, I'd like Knight to show up again. Poor guy seems like a nice boyfriend who made one wrong comment. I know I'm always urging people to do something.

As for advice, my friends love to ask me for it and I'm not sure why. Apparently in person I'm very comforting. (?) It was even worse with my roommate. And my mom. People pour out their life secrets to them without provocation.

Aha! The stalking finally happens! And the "you're moving in with me"! Most excellent. Galen really is an assertive little man, isn't he? Eh, despite Luke being unwilling, it'll be good for him, methinks. Minus the whole not really being independent anymore...I figure that's why he's most upset? In spite of Galen being awesome, I have to say, he's the child here. Earlier, being spiteful to his mom. And now, cursing Luke as he's falling asleep- it might give him nightmares!

By the way, in the last chapter, there was a typo in the list of "I will stop"s. The last one said "I will spot." But hey, it made me smile.

Anyway. And as for the meeting others with the Obssession, I've only just met the first folks, too. So before I knew them, I got a bunch of people to read Loveless to find some others. Ironically, it was the two guys that liked it the best. Ooh... But now I have a friend who I high-five every time one of us stands up for gay marriage. 'Cause it's amusing.

I was going to wait and review at the end, but I'll just go ahead and mention what I thought about the first scene. If Galen's really doing that without any reason, then he is a little mean. But honestly, I still like him.

It's been so long since I've picked up with the story; I don't remember whether I said I liked or disliked Knight. He's not all bad. But I don't particularly love him, either.

SO I'll just tell you now how awesome and amazing this story is and how much I love Luke. And how much I want Knight to waltz back in for two seconds so that he can be astounded by Luke and then either Luke or Galen can sucker punch him. :D

I'm excited for your October Challenge! I didn't try last month because I didn't have enough time but I want to try this one. But I don't see it O.o; I checked it and the last notice that is up is the winners for the September challenge. Maybe I'm delusional?
