Absolutely spiffing!

I just wanted to drop by and say that I absolutely love this story. Your writing style is brilliant, and the amount of research you put into each chapter is admirable. I read your A/Ns at the bottom of the chapter and feel inferior because I don't put half as much work into my stories as you do :'D
For all his miscomings, I absolutely adore Sebastian -although my favorite character would probably be either Jade or Diamond.
There was just one thing I thought was strange in this chapter, though. Around the beginning, Lime Jade mentions a 'guan xi relationship'. If this was meant to be Chinese (as I thought it was), it wouldn't really be grammatically correct? 'Guan xi' means 'relationship' in Chinese -so Jade basically said 'relationship relationship', rather than 'give-and-take relationship', as Sebastian intepreted it.

Two things I am confused about:
1) Sebastian doesn't change his face when he meets Adrian as Rose, or when he meets him as Mckaw, so basically the only things different about those two personas are their voices, the color of their hair, and, to some extent, their body shape, right? So why couldn't Adrian see that their faces were identical?
2) Also in this chapter Sebastian mentions he doesn't think Adrian would go so far as to make up a fake family and occupation and forge a family portrait to match, just to hide his royal heritage. But if he is really the prince, then wouldn't that level of caution be understandable? Considering his extreme hatred of fanfare, something he knew everyone would shower over him if he introduced himself as the prince of the realm, wouldn't he want to thoroughly hide that fact? And since Sebastian knows this aspect of Adrian well, wouldn't he consider that?

That being said, I REALLY love this story! I can't wait to finish it and you write beautifully :)

Now this is a funny thing. I haven't been visiting this site in many, many years, and suddenly (in the middle of a night mind you) I remember a story I once read and thought was amazing. However the only things I could recall, besides the amazing-ness, were the general idea of the story and the name of one character, Black Viper. It took me some time to find this story and I was happy to note that it was as good as I had remembered, though I think you may have edited the story somewhat?

Well. Um. I'm afraid I don't really have anything constructive to say, just thought to leave a review and wonder at the realization that I didn't do so back when I first read this. Anyway, thanks for the enjoyable read, once again!

Sometimes, I think that thinking too much about avoiding loophole will result in nothing written at all. Take one thing such as, magic as fickle things. You mentioned that the mixed-breed rarely reach adulthood and that magic is the only thing that tied them together to be able to function almost-normally, instead that magic either kill the baby still in womb. That would be more rational, in my perception, that the unborn either live or die, since in very early process of foetus is either it live or die under duress (say something like different beings forced being together).

Wtf? Why didnt they consummate their relationship right away! He was there to bang Rose Quartz anyway, and had the whole day ready for that?

I am loving this story, this chapter in particular. We learn so much about Sebastian's personality and character, that he is so patient and wonderful with people who are vulnerable and have a "need" and that the "viper" comes out to deal with everyone else!

Fuck? Where did that come from? I was under the impression that Adrian did not have such vocabulary in his arsenal. Sure, I didn't expect him to speak similarly to that Joseph Ducreux meme... okay. yes. I did, lol.
