I like your title just fine. I can't think of anything that would fit better. Besides, the title is very captivating. It really made me want to read what this poem said.
I loved the lines "But all is well, reborn again
Before the fall and summers end
Where crops will yield and farmers plow
What they cash in from corn to cow."
It depicts both the fact that you live in a corn-blanketed state (or at least that's how I felt when I first moved here) and the fact that from year to year the same things may happen but they're never the same. Or, at least that's how I took it.
