i'm really glad you're kind of breaking the cliches i mean you're playing into them as well, but we have a young fairy godmother and a smart prince. i love it. i cant wait to read the chapter about their appointment.

i loved the line about the short engagement, quick marriage, and rushed honeymoon. and then she's all excited about it and thinks its SO romantic. lol that's great.

of course i love it. :) i love the whole fairy god mother with an attitude thing you've got going on. i loved the bit about how you point out the stupidness of the princes in the disney movies. cuz basically that's how they're portrayed. i love the inbreeding part too. lol sweet job.

I really enjoyed your story, I kept on smiling and chuckling and ignoring the husband to read it.

Ms. Faun is a wee bit stereotypical in her attempts to prove that she indeed not a stereotype, and the quips are a bit too many, but other then that, she's quite an enjoyable character.

I must say, the name Kestrel? I indeed adore it.
