That losing your soulmate could have dangerous ramifications would mean little to him. After all, they were just stories, weren’t they? - Yeah, that'd be a problem. He'd definitely be an ass about it.

She never would have imagined how surreal it felt to have a completely normal conversation after her world had tilted off its axis. - That would be really hard to deal with, with that much going on in her head. And yet she pulls it off.

“Naroki doesn’t fail anyone,” Cian answered. “That’s a required course and he’s the only one who teaches it. Trust me, he doesn’t want to see you in his class again.” - Ahaha, awesome.

“One of the other popular ones is that a shapeshifter gang used to pick on him when he was a kid. He really hates Riven Graethe – if you keep going to class for a while you’ll hear all about it. People say Graethe headed the gang.” - Like Harry Potter! Poor Snape...

“They could reverse it.” - Oh, that sounds interesting. Wonder if it somehow has something to do with ... oh, God, I forget her name. The one in the deal with Teagan. Her. :-P

Anyway. I just love that this story is being posted again. It's absolutely great. I liked the class scene (although as a future teacher bored students is always sad to see). I wish you didn't end the chapter like that - cliff hangers are an evil, evil tool to use. :D Can't wait to see what happens, of course.

Wah. Wow. And wow. This chapter, plus the one-shot of Teagan's mom that I just discovered, revealed a lot. And the ending. Wah! And the ending-I can't wait for the next chapter, no matter when it arrives! You definitely deserved the SKOW award (and made voting so much more easier for me!).

Something I found rather funny though-I never loved Cian. From the moment you had Kai, I desperately wanted some connection between him and Teagan. When it comes to the "bad guy" vs. "good guy" gunning for the girl, I tend to gradually warm up to the "bad" but this time it was all I wanted because of the way you wrote their interactions. Just, wow.

I love your writing style, the way you add in stuff from different cultures-like Beauty and the Beast-and the entire plot of the story. Thank you for writing such a great story!
