Great chapter, wonderfully written, introduces potential romantic parts of the story quite nicely, but I must say, I'm not too fond of Cian. Nuh-uh.

Skipping out.. im sure thats acceptable as long as you get back to this as soon as is humanly possible..

in other words, i read this so slowly because i didnt want it to end.. its one of those stories you want to read loads of chapters in one go cause it like eats at you otherwise with the questions of whats going to happen next and what not..

i wish you wouldnt but if theyre gonna be good and its eating at you then sure get the other stuff out of your system and then get back to this pronto!

This is still one of the only pieces of fiction I read word for word, very carefully. I enjoy Illusoire immensely and I'm so glad you updated so quickly, well quicker than I expected!

She doesn't know her father? Will it stay like that? My prediction is no, and I bet her father is more influential than Teagan even expects or cares.

The word warbling makes me think of a dolphin, but you named her pompano so i'm guessing she's that type of fish?

And why is Teagan paired with Kai again? and why is she in all his classes? Is this fate or really really bad luck or some actually conspiring against her?

I found that part probably just as amusing as Kai did.

I wonder if Kai suspects anything odd about Teagan or if he'll be one of those characters who'll deny the truth until he has hard evidence.

the following line: His answering smile stretched feral and humorless. “Maybe we should.”

is unclear because it could either mean he is trying to say we should be afraid of your or we should exterminate you

Them being together in all their classes does seem suspicious, but his not being able to stop thinking about her seems to be related to the soulmate thing, which you haven't introduced yet. Will you be introducing that soon?

And why does Colin think there's something off about Teagan...

Why is she in trouble? I like teagan, he's safe and sweet. I def. didn't think that this was a filler chapter... uber enjoyable. It always is.

I like Kai. I know I'm not supposed to. Actually, I think I am supposed to. It's like this weird, unwritten rule in fiction (or maybe just FP) where there's this badass, edgy guy who is all kinds of dangerous and is strictly Not Good for the female protagonist, but damn isn't he all testy and hot? I mean, I'm not the hybrid here, right? So I'll just keep drooling.

Anyway. That was an interesting move, actually, with Kai - I didn't expect him to come right out and say all that so directly. He's a slippery little bitch. Between him, Sira, (well, all of the Others, basically), the hybrid business, and this slow smoldering thing with Cian, Teagan's got her hands full. More than full. Something's gonna drop... ;]

Oh! New story. I've really come to appreciate how your stories are short, simple and sweet! You must hand in amazing writing assignments (when you were still in school).

I love the background and story that you've woven so far in this story. The complexity of around this alternate universe is very different from the other stories I've read authored by you. If I beg nice enough, can I ask for romance in this story too! Maybe as a side-dish? *laughs*

I'm horribly curious about that potion she had earlier in the story (I guess it suppressed her powers/scent). Is there any meaning behind the name "Teagan"? It's rather unique.

I would really like to see more of this story, but if the muse is calling you, then there's no fighting it! As long as you don't give up on this story cause I think you have something wonderful going on here!
