Have you ever read Richelle Mead's Vampire Academy series? Your description of Teagan's reactions to spells reminds me of part of the series. It's *fantastic*, and if you haven't read it, you really should.

Anyway, glad we finally know what she's been hiding. She can do magic! And she's not supposed to! Whee for conflict! :-D (of course, I figured she could even before I read the story, just because of the old version...)

Oh, if she is part witch, part shapeshifter, as some people in the reviews think, would that make her a shapitch? Or a witchshifter? Or a shapitchifter. :-D

Oh, good, this furthers my hope that Kai is the one she's soulmated with, not Colin. My sole reason for this, thus far? I like his name. Hahah.

M, I loved the interaction between them. What a jerk. I love jerks (in fiction). They're interesting.

Oh man, this siphoning thing is totally foreshadowing. And my guess is Teagan has a *ton* of energy for someone to take from her. Yikes. Love the idea, though!

You do so well at inventing this whole world and then describing it. I'm a bit jealous, I admit. I suck at that part. :-P I love what you've created.

Wow, this is *way* different from the other version. But I like it. You came up with a lot of interesting stuff, and I can't wait to find out what exactly Teagan is and why she can sense things that the other humans seemingly can't (or maybe they can?). I already don't like Colin and can tell Colin's going to be a huge pain for Teagan (though admittedly I'm not sure which one is going to be the soulmate, so if it's him, then I'm sure I'll end up changing my mind about him. ;-)).

Anyway, the point is, it's well-written (as usual), and I'm interested.

Also, way to go on coming up with a TON of names! Yikes! :-D

Omg! I've only just found this story today... but I love it! I love things like this. How is Teagan a half-breed? You said her mom was a powerful witch & she was raised with her human father... or did I miss something in my eagerness to find out what happens... & who is Teagan's love interest? I though you mentioned something about soul mates... when will we see some of that showing up? Does the potion hide Teagans magic or stop her from using all together? & if Teagan is a halfbreed does that mean she can shapeshift? Cause you stated that witches cant see auras but shapeshifters can & Teagan can see auras... I'm really psyched to know what happens! Please update soon :-)

oh, and the plot thickens!

i really enjoyed readin this...you should continue writing...um...though i am kinda of confused at how vague the descriptions of each world is but, if it gets covered later in the story then it's cool with me...keep writing!
