If i was miss universe (not that i'll EVER be), i wouldn't wish for world peace.. i would wish that all those who are greedy and selfish enough to plagiarize other would be given first-class tickets to hell.. but anyhoo, i'm VERY sad about you and myrika giving up on fictionpress. i mean i understand why you guys do it and i'll probably do the same too if i were in your shoes.. but can you like.. send updates to the readers who really wants to know what'll happen next. and i'll try to comment constructive stuff about your writing. i dont do this often because i'm often absorbed in the story and although i notice some mistakes or lapses in the writing, i immediately forget about it, in favor of reading ahead.. unless i remember it coz it really stood out or something. i'll send you my private email if you agree to sending me updates in illusoire. :)

I'm sorry you feel like that, I wish i could change your mind and say that not all of us reading your stories want them for ourselves. To me this story was a beautiful and wonderful journey i would have loved to read it all, and am very sad to see that you are not continuing to write. I think that's a waste because you may never get it published not to be discouraging, But this was probably one of my favorite story lines, the characters refreshing and entertaining. I would hope that you would come back and write more, and not be fulled into taking down such wonderful work because of the people who use it for their own gains. I would want you to keep writing because of the people who love this story, and want to see it go to the sky and beyond, and touch hundreds of peoples hearts... Illusoire will always have a place in my heart as a beloved story, I hope you will one day finish. :D

Ps. If you want to take a break by all means take one, but a writer and a story will always come together even if the story is put away far away from ones thoughts for years, and always will that story come to touch people, in ways you might not think at first. I'm glad you gave this rewarding story to us even if this is the last time you will ever put anything on here, I hope one day you will come back and write more, and not be struck down by horrible jerks. I do have one favor to ask though- I'm going to leave you on my alerts. If you ever do get this published (or any thing else published), or if you feel compelled to post it elsewhere please let me know. I find myself fascinated by your characters and would love the chance to finish out their story

Oh my! Can't believe it! Will all the good authors start pulling off their histories? It's so unfair...

It's getting ridiculous with how many people are pulling their stories off fictionpress in order to publish it.

I would suggest not to bother publishing anything on fictionpress so you can get people interested in your story and then pull it off and leave everyone hanging, but you won't be on fictionpress anymore so yay.

I can't say I'm not upset - I look forward to your Illusoire updates. I can understand your reasoning however... Plagiarizing other peoples work sucks :-(

Good luck with getting things published. I actually thought this was a lj smith fanfic? Will you change some details around to get it published as original work? (I know it has no real link to lj's stuff other than the shifters/vamps/council stuff which is loosely based on her world).

I'm soory to hear about your decision, but I gather that it's been a long time coming so I won't try and fight you on that one.

I hope that one day youdo get Illu done and share it with us as I think it has some great potential in it :) Keep writing and please tell us if there is some opportunity to read it in the future!

b. YOu're breaking my heart. I totally loved this story. But that being said, i can understand why you'd be taking it down. You need to let us know when you've finished it, and got it published though love.

c. IM so sorry that this has happened to you. You dont deserve it, youre a brilliant writer, with an incredible imagination, and people should respect your right to own what you've written. Please dont let it deter your writing. I want a chance to buy this story in hard-cover.

your writing was amazing and your stories (and myrika's) helped me get through many boring college classes. i hope you post a way to find these stories when they're eventually published. i can't wait to see what happens to teagan.

I forgot to add, if you haven't already done so and in the interests of prospective publishing, perhaps you might consider printing a hard copy of the story, the reviews (including date and time stamps), your "Fictionpress" user details, as well as recording the details (including correspondence to have the unauthorized copy removed) of any plagiarism you have encountered so far with respect to your story.
