| chasing givenchy chapter 1 . 1/25/2009 Yay for Carter! Yup, I'm totally squee-ing over him more than I should be for Logan (I've never had a brother, but I DO have plenty of Cousins From Hell.) I loved the whacking intro, especially the child abuse crack, and yes, the title was a little off. I vote Erin should have embarrassed the good name of the Easter Bunny a little more to fit with Roger Rabbit (hilarious spoof movie, btw.) The "silly rabbit" was also brilliant: Logan was perfectly reminiscent of Sarah Michelle Gellar in all her evil!Kathryn-ness. And it was all realistic. Especially with her dad blowing up over Logan suddenly kissing her. The childhood rivalry, IMHO, went to strange new heights of bloody violence, but all the same, it drove him the point: I'm glad Erin wasn't the usual Mary Sue spitfire, and that Logan wasn't some sort of campus idol. The homework exchange scene was my favourite bit, and of course, the part where he confesses he paid his sister to write the article. |

(I know it's Christmas now and I should be reading Christmas stories, but ... meh) Anyway, the beginning was really cool, I loved the way the mum acted, rushing off to get the basket!
