Reviews for Merciless
SugarRayne chapter 1 . 11/27/2012
Honestly? I've never heard such an apt description of the need to create, to write, to do something to get the ideas out. Endless ideas that just don't stop coming until you're too exhausted to continue. Sometimes muses can be terribly cruel beings, and they can strike from anywhere... This is the gift and the curse of the author, the poet, the composer, artist, and performer. The singer and the dancer. Creativity is the gift and curse of them all.

That.. I felt that was a very powerful and moving story. With every word my eyes took in, I could feel the breath coming out of my lungs in a shuddering force - the words captivated some sort of primal fear. A fear of the clear, helpless addiction that I felt was being told of. The horror you were trying to express was quite obvious to me, maybe too obvious, and I was left sitting after having finished Merciless. Sitting. Wondering. Considering that this is actually something I fear of becoming, but always deny..

You have left me moved.
