| Arydesia chapter 1 . 5/4/2008 Check your grammar. I spotted one or two run-on's and a couple of typos. The title isn't very original either. Maybe brainstorm some and choose a clever one? The dialogue and narration also seems too juvenile. I mean, there are definitely immature seniors out there, but Delilah sounds like a middle school girl. The big temper thing is really stereotypical, too. Just because she's red-haired doesn't mean she's hot-tempered. And when she yells, she sounds like a little kid having a tantrum. Slightly annoying. However, your story is cute and interesting so far! Jake sounds hot, and Delilah sounds like she'll develop into a really fun character! ~arydesia |
