If they're such good friends, why won't he tell her he's dating Frankie? Won't it be worse if she finds out he never told her? But then he's giving mixed signals - I can't tell if he's treating her like a kid sister or he's also attracted to Ella

Me again, I think I like the revised version better, it feels so real, but after reading this as well I feel like there is alot missing in the revised one. What exactly is their relationship supposed to be? In this one, there seems to be more romance. In the revised one, it feels like their relationship is pained, like he doesn't care much for her at all. In this one, he said he cared alot for her.

I love your writing style, and that you don't rush things along. Keep updating your revised version, I feel this is one of those rare gems on fictionpress.
